Rasbari is a Nepali sweet that is made by boiling milk. It is eaten as a desert and has a very distinct taste that makes it delight for all occasions.

Steps

1
Done

Put the milk in a pot on the stove and boil it on medium to medium-high heat. After about 5 minutes, add the vinegar into the milk. Soon you should see curds starting to form.

2
Done

Get the solid part out of the milk and discard as much of the liquid as you can. Then, using the solid part of the milk, form them into small balls and place them aside.
In another pot, boil the water on medium to high heat. Gradually add in the sugar, vanilla extract, and rose water to make a light syrup.

3
Done

Then, take each of the milk balls and add them into the boiling syrup and cook for 35-40 minutes.
Remove from the heat and sprinkle them with the crushed cardamom, placing them in the fridge.
Serve cold as a desert.
